Part Time Accounts/Bookkeeper Job in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey

Job Description
Our client has a position available immediately for a payroll, book-keeping and admin assistant.
This role is currently part-time (20 – 25 hours per week) and they are flexible on the hours of work. The work will be office based.
Suitable candidates will have:
A minimum of two years’ experience processing book-keeping for VAT registered businesses. Experience using Sage 50 accounts software, Xero or Quick Books online Good organisation skills and the ability to manage a number of different tasks at once. The ability to work with spreadsheets accurately and efficiently. The ability to write clear and professional letters to a high standard. The confidence to communicate with clients, by telephone and in person, in a clear and professional manner. A flexible attitude to the role and will therefore be happy covering a number of admin duties such as answering the telephone..
