Management Accountant

Bury St Edmunds

Circa £35,000 plus hybrid working (2 days from home)

We're delighted to be supporting our client, a construction and manufacturing business based outside of Bury St Edmunds, who are seeking a Management Accountant to join their team. This is a progressive opportunity for an accountancy professional looking for a move into a role that offers lots of development.

The ideal candidate will be AAT Qualified or currently studying ACCA (study support offered) and has a good understanding of processing management accounts.

As Management Accountant, you will be responsible for:

Preparation of the monthly management accounts
Producing supplementary monthly reports
Updating rolling cashflow forecasts
Updating financial models and monthly board packs
Carrying out balance sheet reconciliations
Raising purchase orders/invoices/delivery tickets
Assisting with annual budgeting process
Completing VAT returns
