The Role
We are looking for an Operations Manager to deliver the long-term success of the business and play an integral role in enabling the smooth and efficient operation of the business, by providing oversight of all processes, procedures, suppliers, and systems relating to IT, Finance, Marketing, HR and Office Management.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of operating procedures and processes
Provide effective office management to the business ensuring that everyone in the business has access to the equipment, information, and tools to do their job effectively
To ensure that we have the right internal processes and systems in place
To lead the design, development, and implementation of our funding digital portal to ensure it can effectively engage clients
Maintain our funding portal, ensuring it is kept up to date with the latest information, and improvements are made to further enhance user experience
To lead the acquisition and daily management of business suppliers across HR, IT, Finance and Marketing
To oversee the design and implementation of the business' marketing strategy, being a marketing point of contact for subject matter experts, external suppliers, and colleagues
To ensure marketing activities are executed and measured in line with business goals.
Ensure that team members are aware of their regulatory responsibilities and what they need to do to operate in a way that is compliant with FCA standards and obligations
To deliver one-off, ad-hoc projects as directed by the Management Team to further advance business performance and customer experienceSkills and Requirements:
