Job Description
Our clients are looking for an Operations Analyst to assist with the integration of acquisitions and an increasing client bank. This individual will gather, organise and interpret statistical information based on client or provider data, to ensure a smooth transition of acquisitions into the group.
The ideal candidate will work remotely.
As an Operations Analyst your role will involve:
* Identify the data required for analysing and collaborate with the data holder.
* Collect the raw data from company client relationship management database or from providers.
* Clean the data to prepare for analysis.
* Analyse the data using various techniques and tools.
* Interpret the results.
* Build templates to align data that is required for data collecting from various sources.
* Be able to cross match data and produce in a format required by the business.
To be considered for this Operations Analyst role, you must have:
* 2+ years' experience in data analysis or database administration
* 2+ years' experience in financial advice sector
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
* Excellent Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills including use of formulas.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Self-motivation.
* Team Player.
* Discretion/Confidentiality
Working hours:
As an Operations Analyst you'll be required to work 8:45 – 5:15 Monday to Friday – Home based
Our client is offering the successful Operations Analyst:
* £28,000 – £35,000
* 28 days holiday + closure for Christmas
