Job Description
My client is an established business that is looking to carve out a smaller successful but none core business from the main group. They are looking for an interim to come and support them through this process as a financial lead. This will involved working with the business to understand the value, potential buyers, supporting the due diligence phase and then once the transaction is agreed the actual carve out and move of the business, financial and legal processes and data and support around the people change aspect.
This will suit a proven interim Finance Director or Controller who has experience working through a divestment or carve out and who can start within a couple of weeks. The client, a well established organisation wants to divest the business and manage the process in the most professional manner possible
