There couldn’t be a more exciting time to join PA TV Metadata, a leading full-service provider of TV programme metadata and EPG services to channels and platforms worldwide.

As Junior Account Manager you’ll join a small, dynamic team promoting some exciting new products and services within this growing business to help to further build on their strong position in the TV metadata market.

You’ll manage low value existing customer accounts, customer queries and provide sales admin support using Salesforce, our CRM system. You will also have personal targets around sales performance and will be expected to contribute to the delivery of the overall yearly budget target.

What you’ll be doing ….

• Manage the existing customer portfolio acting as the first point of contact for all queries and action accordingly
• Manage and develop customer relationships
• Provide customers with quotations, utilising pre-existing rate card
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity within Salesforce -the company’s CRM system
• Analyse sales pipeline reports and dashboards
• Gather marketing and customer information
• Work with key business stakeholders to identify sales potential across the current customer base and the wider industry
• Work with the marketing department on email and social media campaigns to drive leads into the business
• Follow up marketing campaigns with telephone calls and emails

What you will you need ….

To be considered for this role you’ll ideally have previous customer services, sales administration experience or something similar, and the desire to develop a career in sales.

You’ll naturally be self-motivated with entrepreneurial drive, capable of demonstrating previous successes. You’ll be comfortable in a client-facing role and will naturally have exceptional relationship building skills as well as being target and results-driven.

You’ll join an ambitious team who have extensive knowledge of the TV industry worldwide and will work with prestigious broadcasters including ITV, Discovery, BT Sport, UKTV and BBC Studios.

You may have experience of the following: Junior Account Manager, Sales Support, Database Management, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Sales Executive, Account Management, Marketing, Sales Support Administrator, Account Executive etc.
