Job Description
Job Title: Mortgage Customer Service Officer
Location: Uxbridge with flexibility to work from home 2-3 days per week.
Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm

We currently have several opportunities for experienced administrators with call handling experience gained in the financial services sector offering up to £26,000 plus benefits and bonus. Our client is a specialist mortgage and loan servicing business who work on behalf of investors, mortgage lenders and specialist banks, servicing mortgage and loan customers.
As a Mortgage Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for the day to day management of mortgage assets. This will include overseeing mortgage administration, insurance, new lending, redemptions and complaints workloads. Other aspects of the role include monthly reporting internally and to investors/clients, ad hoc performance analysis and helping to maintain working relationships with servicing partners to further enhance efficient operations.
Responsibilities for the role of Mortgage Customer Service Officer
Deliver accurate and timely processing of mortgage administration activities and other various daily tasks
Daily interactions with customers and Third Parties via telephone and writing, offering excellent customer service throughout
Ensuring that workloads are processed efficiently and effectively in accordance with agreed policies and procedures
Effectively liaise with Client, representing the business appropriately (if applicable)
Responsible for end-to-end servicing of the mortgage from completion to redemption stage
Identify efficiencies and deliver ideas to improve operations and the customer experience
Work as part of a wider Primary Servicing team, open to undertaking additional tasks as required to ensure SLAs are delivered
Ensuring individual set expectations are met and evidenced through performance framework i.e. 121, call observations, QA monitoring, daily control reporting
Ensure all regulatory training is completed to deadlines
Demonstrate the company values whilst performing the roleExperience required for the role of Mortgage Customer Service Officer
Telephony customer services experience gained within the Financial Services sector
Self-reliant and motivated
Detail orientated and able to work to tight deadlines
Ability to analyse problems, think creatively and make effective decisions in the appropriate timescales
Take ownership of the responsibilities allocated to you
Ability to form productive relationships at all levels.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Enthusiastic, and a positive member of the team recognised by your colleagues as a valued and effective team player
