Job Description
An excellent opportunity has become available due to growth, to join an independent Leading – Award winning mortgage brokers. They are looking to appoint a Mortgage Case handlers/Mortgage Administrator, this would suit anyone with banking, mortgage processing, estate agency/ conveyancing experience. REMOTE positions offered.

The company has been established more than 20 years ago. They are market leaders in the Shared Ownership mortgage sector.

The appointed person will work as part of the processing team to ensure that the client gets the mortgage they want and will:

o Process mortgages with the aim of achieving early mortgage offers

o Input new client data to our custom-built CRM system

o Liaise with clients and other parties to collect processing information for clients' mortgages

o Help and assist clients at all stages of the mortgage process.

o Be extremely pro-active with great sense of urgency and commercial awareness

Applicants for the role of Mortgage Processor will have:

" Experience in processing mortgages

" Ability to multitask and work accurately yet quickly

" The confidence and telephone manner to try to help clients

" The ability to communicate effectively with others in the team

" A desire to be happy in work, helping others and breeding a culture of support

The salary for the role is £19,000 to £20,000 per annum plus a performance related bonus OTE circa £25k uncapped. This is an amazing opportunity for an ambitious, articulate and organised person who wants to progress quickly!
