Job Description
Job Title: Mortgage Advisor

Location: Remote with travel twice a month to the London office (flexible)

Salary: Up to £35,000 + Uncapped Commission with a realistic OTE £75,000 (£1,000 guaranteed commission per month for first 3 months)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 9am-5.30pm

Responsibilities required for the role of Mortgage Advisor

Advise customers on their mortgage options from the whole of market
Providing exceptional service and advice to all customers ensuring great customer outcomes
Impressing customers throughout the process to ensure they come back for a remortgage and provide recommendations
Ensuring well-packaged cases which are in line with company processes and regulatory guidelines
Constantly looking to improve processes, customer experiences & product offerings by providing honest & valuable feedback to the wider teams
Build & maintain team relationships with internal stakeholders
Provide honest and collaborative relationships that deliver results
Keeping up to date with industry and market changes to match customers with the right solution for their needsExperience required for the role of Mortgage Advisor

Fully CeMAP qualified
Experience in providing whole of market advice
Experience with JBSP and RIO mortgages highly desirable
Excellent customer care skills and the desire to deliver a swift and professional service
Excellent Communication skills
