Job Description
Our client, a well-respected firm in Lincolnshire is offering a unique opportunity to join their successful team as a Mortgage Adviser/Trainee Financial Adviser.
There is an existing client bank to work with on the Mortgage side whilst you will be forgoing your training and qualifications which are all paid for by our clients, in order for you to reach the end goal of becoming an Independent Financial Adviser. The process to become a fully qualified Financial Adviser will take around 2 and a half years.
To be considered for this Mortgage Adviser/Trainee Financial Adviser vacancy, you must have:
Mortgage experience, fully CeMap qualified
A desire to become a Financial Adviser
Good multitasking skills
Experience in completing your own admin (support can be provided dependent on workload)
Goodwill to learn and adapt to a new career and working environment
Working hours for this Mortgage Adviser/Trainee Financial Adviser position are:
Monday to Thursday 08:30 am – 5:15 pm
Friday 08:30 am – 4:00 pm
No weekends
In return, our clients are offering the following for the successful Mortgage Adviser/Trainee Financial Adviser:
Up to £30,000 Basic Salary
An OTE of £40,000-£45,000
Quarterly bonuses
Free Parking
All exams and qualifications paid are covered
