Job Description
This highly respected Mortgage Advisor, used to writing significant levels of mortgage business is looking to recruit a Mortgage Administrator in Hammersmith.
As a Mortgage Administrator, you will be proactively undertaking tasks such as:
* Processing mortgage applications;
* Updating clients / estate agents;
* Processing protection applications;
* Chasing solicitors;
* Completing all relevant compliance paperwork
* Have high attention to detail when packaging cases and for compliance
Mortgage Administrator requirements
* You should have 2+ years experience as a Mortgage Administrator
* You should live local to Hammersmith (within 45 minutes travel time)
* Should have experience of liaising with clients to keep them informed
* Ideally you should hold your CeMAP 1

Mortgage Administrator Benefit
* Salary of £30,000
* Rising to £35,000 upon passing probation, plus quarterly bonus
* Working hours Monday to Thursday, 9am – 6pm and on Friday 9am – 5pm
* Office based role
