Job Description
Northreach have partnered proudly with one of the UK's leading Pension Providers based out of Crawley who are in their search for an analytical and inquisitive analyst to join on a full-time basis. The newly created role will be working in a small knit team to analyse data both qualitative and quantitative and understand the "so what does this mean" to the business and present to senior leadership to then shape and form the strategy to be communicated back to the wider business.

What will you be doing?

* To support and undertake competitor analysis, developing profiles for competitors and ensuring profiles are updates including high level proposition, financials, structure and strategy / direction

* To analyse external market reports and provide summaries, including key themes and relevant trends and topics to the business

* To support and provide analysis for key strategic topics, both internal and external to help identify market growth opportunities

* Provide support to management for the delivery of annual strategic planning process

* Assist in the internal and external communication of company strategy, preparing maternal and organising workshops / sessions / events where needed

* Prepare internal reports, presentations and board papers where required, ensuring concise messages covering key themes, which is both tailored and engaging to the audience

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, able to adapt to changing situations

* Experienced in producing detailed reports, board papers and presentations

* Strong communication skills both written and verbal

* Effective stakeholder management skills

* Ale to work within deadlines

* Able to handle sensitive information with care

* Highly competent with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
