Job Description
PIB Group are currently seeking an MI Reporting Analyst.

Reporting to the MI Business Partner with a dotted line to the Group Placement Director, interfacing with the Placement and Broking team and the business on portfolio data and analytics, working across the whole group in the UK and worldwide. The MI Reporting Analyst will design and facilitate Data Analytics, Date Interpretation and Data Visualization as well as facilitating full integration of key MI data points into SAS including BI Risk capture in order to deliver accurate and timely MI for business performance monitoring and supplier reporting, as well as then getting involved with Analysing said data. The role includes managing the regular reporting cycle and providing data insights on project . This is an exciting time to be joining the team, which is currently designing and rolling out its MI Suite

Responsibilities:

This role will require both creative and collaborative working with IT and the wider business. It will involve evangelising effective data management practices and promoting better understanding of data and analytics. Working with the MI Business Partner, key business stakeholders, IT experts and subject-matter experts to plan and deliver optimal analytics and data science solutions.

Experience:

You will be trained to produce reporting and analysis of our current book and reporting requirements as well as getting involved in the various projects.
Drive Automation through effective metadata management: responsible for using innovative and modern tools, techniques and architectures to partially or completely automate the most-common, repeatable and tedious data preparation and integration tasks.
Collaborate across departments: Strong collaboration skills in order to work with varied stakeholders within the PIB Group. Work closely with the divisional data analysts to fulfil the business MI objectives.
