Management Accountant
An exciting growing business on the outskirts of Woodbridge are looking for a Management Accountant to support the finance department through a busy period of growth.
This position will report to the Head of Finance and the successful candidate will be responsible looking after the whole finance process from transactional through to month end.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the provision of timely, accurate and reliable management reporting
Control of all Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet accounts and reconciliations
Oversight of the integrity and accuracy of the production and stock management system
Development of improved cost analysis and reporting
Control of purchase ledger, including receiving and posting supplier invoices and their subsequent payment through BACS or direct debit
Control of company credit card transactions and employee expenses, including chasing for receipts, posting costs into the accounts and payment
Control of sales ledger, including creating new customer accounts, generating and posting invoices, credit control and the allocation of receipts from bank accounts
Control of bank accounts, including the download of transactions from bank
Control of the fixed asset register, including posting depreciation, reconciliation to the Balance Sheet and physical verifications
