Job Description
Do you have prior experience preparing monthly management accounts and have business partnered with senior non-finance stakeholders? Are you excited by taking control of the full month-end process? Can you see yourself being part of a 200million circa turnover Property business?

Key Responsibilities:

Produce accurate and meaningful monthly Management Accounts in accordance with agreed timescales, liaising with external solicitors and Operations to provide commercial oversight and commentary.

Provide analysis and commentary of monthly results, reporting on significant adverse variances to the business model – liaising with operations to understand the variances and their future impact.

Produce the Monthly Finance Report for the Board according to timescales.

Assist with the reconciliation between statutory accounts and management accounts.

The ideal candidate will have previous management accounts preparation experience. In addition, as an active studier towards a recognised accountancy qualification (CIMA/ACCA) or define themselves as Qualified by Experience.

This is a 6 month rolling contract, offering a competitive day rate offering.
