Junior Accounts Assistant

Looking for an enthusiastic recent 2:1 graduate with a relevant degree, passionate about starting a career in accounting.

A fantastic, well established London firm, known to us as a client for many years are keen to add an experienced Accounts Assistant to their already impressive team. Based in well-equipped offices in an impressive setting in the heart of London, the Accounts Assistant will benefit from working with the Finance team to deliver a high quality and full range of Accounts Assistant duties.

Working with the accounts supervisor, this role would be well suited to an ambitious graduate looking to start their career in the accountancy sector. The successful applicant will be minimum 2:1 educated and have versitile extra-curricular or internship experience. Amazing opportunity to develop your graduate career. 
 
Duties and responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant:

Assisting with the production of monthly sales invoices and credit control of aged debtors
Assisting with intra-group invoicing
Producing monthly Management Reports (KPI) for staff
Assisting with the production of the monthly client profit and loss analysis
Monthly bank balance updates
Bookkeeping and data entry
Bank reconciliation of all companiesSkills required:

Excellent numeracy skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work independently on own initiative and within a team
Multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritise workload
Excellent communication skills and experience of working with legal software packages
Competent with Microsoft products
