Job Description
As an IT Service Manager, you will help in the design, development, and implementation of ITIL based service management practices to ensure effective IT Service Delivery support and performance management across on-premise and Cloud delivered services.

What you'll be doing?

As an IT Service Manager, you will help in the design, development, and implementation of ITIL based service management practices to ensure effective IT Service Delivery support and performance management across on-premise and Cloud delivered services.

As part of the overall Service Delivery transformation, the IT Service Manager will work with other Service Delivery Senior Managers and help with the development of robust service delivery practices aligned to ITIL industry standards such as:

Problem Management
IT Service Continuity
IT Risk Management
Asset and Configuration Management
Service Catalogue development
IT Service Capacity
Service Design (Non-Functional Requirements) and Service Acceptance Criteria
Change Enablement across waterfall and agile delivery methods
Release Management
Infrastructure Operations

Profile

Key Skills & Experience:

Essential

Significant experience of working within an Enterprise Service Management function.
Significant experience in defining, delivering, and operationally managing service delivery practices and embedding them into the organisations operations.
Experience of running senior stakeholder meetings to facilitate an agreed outcome across internal and external parties.
A good understanding of the ITIL Framework and particularly the practices associated with this role.Desirable

Business knowledge i.e. Technical, commercial, financial.
A good understanding of governance areas such as risk management and audit
Experience of working in a complex corporate culture or rapidly growing business.
Experience in leading, managing and developing teams.Job Offer

Salary: £38,000 – £45,000
