As an Investment Executive with our client, you will be ready to manage property development deals from the initial conception through to fulfilment. You’ll be accustomed to balancing financial risk and successful investments and conduct detailed due diligence when considering opportunities. A natural communicator, you will confidently negotiate deal structures with external stakeholders including pricing, covenants and repayments as well as preparing proposals and reports. You’ll be able to build good working relationships with customer businesses and ensure that you can develop tailored strategies that meet their ambitions and Investment Operational Guidelines.
You’ll thrive in a target driven environment and maximise your portfolio of business opportunities whilst ensuring that they continue to provide the best possible client service.
