Job Description
We're looking for a talented Insurance Sales Advisor to work for our client.

They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of commercial or personal lines insurance.

The Role:

In the Insurance Sales Advisor role you'll be primarily responsible for dealing with commercial insurance enquiries – contacting customers. Gathering relevant risk information, providing quotes and closing opportunities.

You'll report to the Managing Director and you'll spend part of the working week in the company's Wakefield Office.

In the job you'll be tasked with the following:

– The management of own client accounts from inception to renewal

– Dealing with insurers to obtain terms, build relationships and negotiate premiums

– Building new and managing existing relationships

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this Insurance Sales Advisor role will have relevant experience of commercial or personal lines insurance.

You'll also need experience of dealing directly with insurers as well as building new relationships and managing existing relationships.

In addition, you'll need the following:

– A positive can-do attitude

– Good telephone manner and great listening skills

– The ability to objection handle in different scenarios

The Package:

Basic salary: £30,000 – OTE £40,000 per annum

Bonus: A personal bonus of up to £10,000 per annum is also available if you hit your targets
