Job Description
Portfolio Manager – Commercial Insurance

Location: Ringwood, Hampshire (possible travel to other office) + HYBRID WORKING

Hours: 8.30am – 4.30pm Monday – Friday

Salary: Competitive

Our client, a successful insurance Broker based in Ringwood, are looking for professionals to join their growing business. They are currently looking for an Account Handler to develop and maintain a portfolio of clients, encompassing new business, renewals and adjustments.

Main Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of clients, dealing with renewals and mid-term adjustments.
Building strong relationships with existing clients, as well as using your excellent. communication skills to bring new clients on board.
To ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times.
Ensure that insurance and risk management needs are fully met to the satisfaction of clients and the team.
To ensure that full presentations are sent out to market, and are actively managed to ensure the best premium and level of cover are obtained for the needs of the client.
Ensure that all clients are appropriately informed of all matters relating to their insurance in a timely manner and in accordance with FCA guidelines, accurately presenting recommendations and options to clients.
To work in line with established administration processes to ensure all documentation are accurately produced and distributed to clients.
Ensure that all renewals are actioned within FCA guidelines.
