We have a start at the end of October to its never been a better time to join Huntswood. We are looking for full-time Insurance Claims Handlers, and the role comes with a favorable OTE salary of £23,320. + Competitive Welcome and Retention Bonus package up to £800.

In this Insurance Customer Service/Claims role, you will work from our buzzing office in Glasgow City Centre where you will work with a great team all with the same goal.

To give you an idea of how this Insurance Customer Service/Claims role would feel, here are some of the things you could expect:

Inbound calls from our customers regarding their car insurance – From customers notifying us of a car insurance claim or to follow up on a previously opened claim
Achieve and exceed productivity, customer satisfaction and a small element of sales targets
Accurately inputting data and logging claims
Follow our system and regulatory scripting to achieve quality and compliance targets
Rotational shift pattern – 40 hours/5 days per week (No Sundays)To succeed, you should be computer literate with remarkable customer call handling skills. This coupled with a track record of delivering exceptional customer experience and achieving performance targets makes you more than suitable for our role.

A starting salary of £21,320 with OTE up to £23,320
Extensive 6 week training journey – 3 weeks training, 1.5 weeks Model Office (putting things into practice) followed by 1.5 weeks 'Grad Bay' with floor support (virtual for home workers)
