Job Description
Are you an ICB, AAT, IAB (or similar) qualified Bookkeeper or Finance professional looking for an exciting new challenge?
Full and Part-time considered (min 20 hours a week) – Hybrid working

As Client Manager you will be supporting new and existing clients and providing additional help and guidance to teach clients how to effectively follow the company processes and use their systems and software, together with
* Processing historical transactions which may have been left from the client’s own bookkeeping processes or a previous bookkeeper.
* Ensuring submission of VAT and CIS returns are to be completed in line with our processes, ensuring deadlines are always met
* Encouraging and supporting clients to use the most efficient ways to help this process work effectively
* Ensuring payroll is run in a timely manner, either weekly, fortnightly or monthly according to each client’s requirements. Submission of a monthly RTI return must be completed on or before payday accurately. Summary reports must be provided to the client along with employee payslips
* Ensuring Liability to pay CIS tax are to be verified, and invoices processed accurately with the correct rate of tax deducted. CIS Returns are submitted to HMRC on time and payment made to HMRC
To be considered for the role of Client Manager you will:
* Be qualified to ICB, AAT, IAB (or similar)ave
* Have good bookkeeping skills and knowledge
* Have great attention to detail
* Have excellent communication skills, being able to liaise with people at all levels
* Be a strong team player with a positive “can-do” attitude
* Be able to work to tight deadlines with a smile on your face
