The Role – Insurance Account Handler
As an Insurance Account Handler, you’ll be responsible for providing outstanding levels of customer service to a wide and diverse range of clients, consisting mostly of private clients and some smaller commercial clients. With full training provided where needed, your duties will include:
* Building rapport with customers and delivering a helpful and professional service
* Liaising between clients and insurers
* Handling inbound calls for insurance quotation requests and policy alterations
* Managing the renewal cycle of all clients
* Following up email, web and postal enquiries by telephone to provide quotations and convert to new business
Our Requirements – Insurance Account Handler
* Ability and passion to deliver exceptional customer service over the phone, with a confident manner
* Ability to work well as part of a small team as well as on own initiative
* Accurate and timely data entry skills
Although not essential, experience gained in a similar insurance role would be highly advantageous.
