Job Description
Morgan McKinley is working with a lovely company based in East Grinstead, West Sussex who is looking for an experienced Insurance Claims & Complaints Controller to effectively manage the claims handling function and all complaints relating to the financial services products. The Insurance Claims & Complaints role is a fixed term contract job opportunity to start ASAP.
Salary: £40K plus excellent benefits
Hours: 35 hour working week – Monday to Friday 9-5
Location: East Grinstead, hybrid working
Duration: 12 month fixed term contract
The Insurance Claims & Complaints Controller will:
Ensure adherence to contracts relating to claims and complaints
Making sure any changes are made to the Claims Handling guide to ensure alignment with product and/or underwriting changes
Ensure all complaints and feedback are reported
Produce and present regular reports that track performance and make recommendations for changes
Ensure management reporting produced by outsourced services is accurate
Identify opportunities, make recommendations and implement agreed changes, to improve the claims and complaints service provision for customers and ensure regular benchmarking
Support the Head with drafting new, or the updating of existing, contracts relating to claims and/or complaintsSkills and experience required:
Experience of working in a similar Claims and Complaints handling role along with experience of analysis of performance MI across claims suppliers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience of analysis of performance MI across claims suppliers
