Job Description
Randstad have recently partnered with a family bank in the UK who are currently in the market for a Infrastructure Solution Architect to come on board to join on a 12 month FTC with a view to extend or go permanent after the initial 12 months.

They are looking for someone to join as a Infrastructure Solution Architect and work on a brand new transformation of their core banking platform.

Key Skills:

Experience in designing on-premise solutions using VMware Technologies (vSphere, ESXi, NSX, vSAN)
Experience in designing storage solutions to support different tiered performance requirements.
Experience in designing solutions based on Windows operating system
Experience in designing database solutions based on Oracle and Microsoft SQL.
Experience in designing network solutions like; Cisco networking, Checkpoint firewalls and VPNs.
Experience in designing Cloud platform solutions in Azure and AWS.
Exposure to automation technologies supporting DevOps for Infrastructure as a Service e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CICD Pipelines (Azure DevOps)
Experience and knowledge of High Availability systems.Substantial experience in Banking (strongly preferred) and / or financial services organisations.

This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract paying £100k and working hybrid model with office travel required up to 4-5 times a month at their Central London offices.

They also offer a 20% pension contribution, however that can be amended to 10% with the additional 10% added on to your salary.
