Finance Administrator Job in East Kilbride, South Lanarkshire

Job Description
My client is a SME organisation in the East Kilbride area, they have enjoyed progressive growth to date and to further support their plans, they are looking to recruit a Finance Administrator into their small but busy Finance team.

Responsibilities will include:

Compile and issue accurate invoices and financial statements
Complete Debt Recovery via both telephone and email
Coordinate and track training costs (travel, accommodation etc)
Monitor Company Credit Card spend
Process expenses
Deal with general incoming team queries including email and calls
Report statistical data and reportsTo be considered for this position, candidates must have the following background and skills:

Previous experience of working in a relevant finance position
Experience of using Sage
Confident MS Excel skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
