The role:
To handle inbound sales calls looking to purchase insurance
* To achieve personal sales and performance targets
* Up-sell and identify sales opportunities
* Manage new and existing customers
* Record all relevant data on their CRM system
* Manage sensitive data
* Must be flexible
* Excellent telephone manner
Experience:
* Preferably from an insurance background (although not essential)
* Previous experience in sales and used to targets / KPI`s
* Able to work under pressure
* Must be able to plan and organise
* IT literate with good numerical skills
You will be working a 37.5 hours per week on a rolling shift pattern
including some evenings upto 8pm, some weekends will be required and bank holidays
