A global financial services firm is looking for a strong, all round HR generalist to join them on a permanent basis.
A global financial services firm is looking for a strong, all round HR generalist to join them on a permanent basis.
With an expanding HR function, a requirement for an additional HR professional has arisen. You will report into Head of HR and help to build out the function, as well as supporting strategic and operational objectives including supporting recruitment and delivery of global HR initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
– Provide recruitment support for corporate functions
– Support with implementation of policy and best practice
– Process mapping
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with various functions
– Collaborate with HR colleagues to deliver full suite of HR services
– Partner with in house Employment Counsel
This role is hybrid 3 days in office, however for the first few months will likely be up to 4 days in office.
Background in financial services is preferred.
