Job Description
KM4HR are delighted recruiting for a leading Professional Services client to hire a HR Business Partner based in their Yorkshire office. Reporting to the UK HRD you will deliver a exceptional HR people experience across the UK regions and clients groups
Key Strengths:
* Work as a business partner to support and advise stakeholders at all levels
* Provide operational & Strategic HR project experience
* Work & collaborate with the wider HR function and team
* deliever on performace management best practice
* Actively identify gaps & challenges in HR matters, propose and implement the changes necessary to cover risks using HR best practices and align with business strategy.
* Understand external threats and opportunities in the industry that could potentially impact business.
* Lead, build and improve the culture, performance management, employee engagement, employee recognition and retention.
* Lead on ongoing change management projects
* Work closely with Senior Directors on other HR projects and initiatives
You Background;
* Generalsit HR approach, who can identify opportunities and swiftly build solutions
* Good planning and analytical skills to conduct gap analysis, identify areas of improvement, create action plans and drive them through to implementation.
* Strong Generalist HR experience
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
* Excellent understanding of employment law
