Our growing client based in the Bournemouth area are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and motivated Health Insurance Broker to join the team. The successful Health Insurance Broker will have ability to work towards sales targets and have the confidence to deliver excellent customer service. Duties and Responsibilities:
* Offering a first-class advisory service and making recommendations to clients on insurance providers with a thorough explanation of their policies
* Providing a truly consultative service in the best interest of your clients, and explaining the benefits of policies to your clients
* All leads are provided; therefore, the drive is required to convert these leads into sales
* Working in a target driven sales environment and meet KPI expectations
Skills and Experience required:
* A background in a telephone-based sales and / or account management role
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Excellent written communication skills
* Ability to prioritise and adjust to changing workloads
* IT literate
Salary and Benefits:
* Salary of circa £35,000 per annum
* Attractive commission structure
* Monday to Thursday working hours and an early Friday finish
