Head of Savings
Our client, a dynamic and innovative regional challenger bank based in Birmingham are looking for a Head of Savings to join their growing team.
The bank has a tech-driven and client-centric ethos and seeks to recruit employees who share those values.
Key responsibilities:
* Tailoring attractive savings products, with a proposition which delivers an excellent customer experience
* Ongoing management of products across Savings
* Ownership & responsibility for delivering targeted business volumes for Savings
* Specific requirement in Year 1 to specify and support the development and implementation of a digital Savings solution for Personal and SME customers to deliver the Bank's Savings strategy
To be successful in the Head of Savings role, candidates will need to demonstrate expertise in the UK savings market as well as knowledge of banking products and experience in SME/Retail Banking.
