OATS Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of our client – an exciting Fintech startup for an experienced Head of Marketing. The ideal candidate will have previous experience leading a team through the scaling period of the business life cycle.
The role will cover the leadership of the marketing operations. They already service customers across four continents and plan to enter additional markets in the coming year.
They believe a world-class marketing team can truly separate them from the competition and form the backbone of a well-run, successful organisation.
Duties and responsibilities:
* Strategic planning and execution of marketing activities
* Brand development
* Relationship development with regional specific ad-agency/pr partners
* Management of the social media team
* Management of the content creation team
* Collaboration with the creative team
* Collaboration with the development team
* Control of the marketing budget
