IN2 Consult – Graduate Finance Analyst – Newbury – £22,000 to £24,000 per annum + 10% bonus + study support – Hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days remote) – Finance data analysis, variance analysis etc

IN2 Consult are currently supporting a fast growing FMCG business based in the Newbury area. This is an opportunity for a graduate to get their first step into finance. This client is currently looking for 2x Graduate Finance Analysts to join their busy finance team. This role will be reporting to the Finance Manager and will offer a hybrid working pattern of 3 days in the office, 2 days working remote.

Requirements for the Graduate Finance Analyst role are:

Accounting and Finance degree – MUST 
Driven individual wanting to progress their career within Finance – MUST 
Clear communication skills 
Confidence 
Some finance experience – DESIRABLE

Key duties involved in this Graduate Finance Analyst role are as follows:

Budget and forecast management
Margin and Commerical anaylsis + report.
Regular maintenance of commercial performance reports. 
Monthly updates for actuals and full year forecast.
Weeklies and margin tracker update
Preparation of monthly presentational formats for Lead Team.
Forecast consolidation and key link with Supply Chain to measure forecast accuracy.
Development of new reports 
Support commercial and marketing teams with ad-hoc requests.
P&L Causal deck maintenance
