Job Description
CMA Recruitment Group are exclusively working with a fast paced services organisation to recruit a FP&A Manager.

The FP&A Manager will own and develop existing business financial models to ensure production of timely insight to the business and the Board and accurate business forecasts for EBITDA and cash as well as long-range plans and scenario modelling.

Key responsibilities

Responsible for the development of cost and revenue models to support the business;
Variance reporting to investment business case and budget;
Acting as a Business Partner advising, challenging, supporting and building rapport with senior stakeholders;
Developing, documenting and embedding scalable finance analysis processes and controls to support significant company growth;
Supporting project work and continuous improvement focus within the business.
Suitable candidate

We are looking for an ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified Accountant, ideally you will have previous experience with in a start-up or fast paced environment. Complex modelling skills are essential ideally within a complex multi-channel business.
Advanced Excel is essential. A self-starter with the ability to engage with non-financial stakeholders.
