About the Opportunity
At Studio we are constantly evolving & transforming, and we now have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance Advisor to join our busy, growing Financial Services team.
Main responsibilities:
* Monitoring of targeted sample of calls and correspondence in line with priorities, QA plan and standards
* Working with Team Leaders deliver quality feedback and coaching to FS operational staff
* Reviewing and following up the completion of remedial actions, to drive compliance and quality standards achievement
* Proactively contributing to and participating in calibration activities, delivering consistent quality assurance
What we are looking for:
* Experience of working and delivering in a regulated environment
* Experience of working within the retail, financial services sector
* Good working knowledge of financial standards and guidelines – e.g. FCA, TCF
* Ability to deliver when faced with changing priorities and demands
* Excellent communication and engagement skills
* Ability to support & coach agents to drive performance
* Is delivery and customer focussed
* Is analytical, pragmatic and systematic in approach
* Ability to manage conflict and knows when to escalate
* Attention to detail
* Is self-motivated and able to work as part of a wider team
* IT literate
