Permanent

Location: Leicester

Salary: £25,000 (DOE)

Hours: Monday – Friday

The Company

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are working with a client who are looking for an experienced and hardworking individual to join their Finance team based in Leicester.

Main Responsibilities of the Financial Planning Administrator  

The Financial Planning Administrator will need to check accuracy and completeness of new business documentation
Ensure that all business applications are processed accurately and efficiently, in a compliant manner to the firm’s standards
Create and maintain accurate client records on back office systems, platforms, and any
other IT systems e.g., cashflow & risk profiler
Identify and obtain information necessary to compile clients recommendation / cash flow forecast
Organise client review meetings as per Annual Review Process
Experience and Skills required

The Financial Planning Administrator must have at least 1 year experience in financial planning
Excellent technical knowledge of Financial Services Products
Highly numerate
Shows initiative and takes personal responsibility for completing tasks
Able to work under pressure on occasions to achieve deadlines
Closing date is 08.10.2022
