Job Description
Our clients are looking for a Financial Education Team Planner to join their growing team. This individual will drive financial education delivery to a range of corporate clients, working within a collaborative team to deliver best practice level service and identify and co-ordinate advice opportunities across the wider group.
The ideal individual will work remotely.
As a Financial Education Team Planner your role will involve:
Developing, with the director, the strategic vision for the development of the Division.
Implementing and co-ordinating the delivery of the strategic plan.
Delivering the financial education framework to clients
Manage the delivery of Financial Education to clients ensuring engagement that meets the clients' requirements
Coordinate with other departments to deliver best practice level service to clients.
Identify opportunities to introduce to other Financial Planners for additional services, developing cross departmental servicing mechanism.
Keep up to date with industry developments
Develop personal training and competencies, furthering knowledge, experience and progression within the firm
Be a strong advocate for the Radiant Financial Group and its principles of high level service
To be considered for this Financial Education Team Planner role, you must have:
Demonstrable success in delivering quality client service.
Experience in working within a financial planning environment, preferably fee based.
At least 3 years financial planning experience
Ideally University qualified or equivalent industry experience
Appropriate FCA qualifications – AQA level 4 or SCQF 8
Certified/Chartered Financial Planner
Sound technical advising knowledge to current legislative, industry, products and corporate standards.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Good planning and organisational skills
Sound problem solving skills, taking a client focused approach
Highly motivated, especially with regards to personal and professional development
Good interpersonal skills and relationship building
Computer literacy
Working hours:
As a Financial Education Team Planner you’ll be required to work 8:45 – 5:15 Monday to Friday. You'll have flexibility to work from home
Our client is offering the successful Financial Education Team Planner:
Up to £50,000 basic depending on experience
28 days holiday + closure for Christmas
