Financial Controller (Practice Accountancy)
Northampton
£70,000 – £75,000 + Hybrid + Annual Bonus + Hybrid + 30 days holiday + Private Healthcare
Are you a Financial Controller with analytical, system and data experience looking to work for a well-established practice chartered accountancy firm?

On offer is an opportunity to work for an acute chartered accountancy firm, with an excellent repuation for providing exceptional service to valued clients across the UK. Due to very rapid growth, they are now looking for a driven individual, who will ensure slick, automated controls and systems are in place to help facilitate the growth, using robust data to support business decisions. With a new CRM (CCH) implemented earlier this year, you will be provided with more reporting opportunities, working with partners to develop and monitor KPIs.

The Role:
Drive systems and report a change in the business through the implementation of automation and technology wherever possible
Oversee and develop p existing finance system (CCH – Wolters Kluwer, and Xero)
Internal monthly management accounts and year-end preparation
Bringing new CRM to full use (Fibre) – this will be a key source of new sales opportunities.
Asset management.
Evolve and implement new systems and processes throughout the business Understanding – understanding Power BI and SQL – working with and producing KPIs. Ideally qualified and very experienced in these platforms.
Ensuring the finance function is running efficiently.
Purchase approvals/monitoring.The Person
