Accounts and Bookkeeping Assistant – £30,000 – £35,000 based in Shepperton

This Accountancy Practice based in Shepperton is looking for a Accounts and Bookkeeping Assistant with practice experience to join their team.

We are a registered training office for ACCA, so would be open to having the candidate either transfer training contract or to begin training towards ACCA Qualification.
Duties/attributes:

Practice experience is essential
Experience using Sage 50 accounts software.
Good organisation skills and the ability to manage a number of different tasks at once.
The ability to work with spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.
The ability to write clear and professional letters to a high standard.
The confidence to communicate with clients, by telephone and in person, in a clear and professional manner.
A flexible attitude to the role and will therefore be happy covering a number of admin duties such as answering the telephone, meeting clients .
If no payroll experience we can train up the successful candidate to learn payroll using Sage Payroll.
