The Role
This is a high profile, senior role which reports directly to and closely supports the Head of Finance and forms not only part of the Finance Leadership team but also the Retail leadership team. Leading and championing a team of 6 Finance Business Partners and Analysts you'll develop fantastic relationships with your key senior stakeholders, making your team a trusted partner to the business and supporting them to drive the success of the business through the delivery of a high quality commerical finance offering. You'll drive positive change and improvements ensuring a visible and regular presence, refining processes and schedules, introducing new ways of working and ultimately maximising the "value added" by the team.
The Person
* Fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or exceptional QBE – ie. all other criteria met in abundance
* Multi-site/retail sector expertise with a strong commercial bias
* Able to forge exceptional, influential working relationships at all levels
* Team leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
* Authentic, collaborative and agile working and leadership style

Salary to £80k, car or £5k allowance, 25% bonus, family health cover, life cover, pension
