Job Description
About the role:

FiSearch is working with an innovative and globally recognised business within the legal sector who retain a financial focus. Our client is a leader in their sector who are forward thinking in their technological development, aiding clients with streamlined processes to deliver legal expertise.

The Finance Manager will be responsible for:

The development and implementation of all aspects of financial strategy, planning and business improvement and you responsibilities will consist of (but not limited to):

Preparation of the statutory accounts

*

Preparing a variety of reconciliations and liaising with external auditors,

*

Managing payroll

*

Preparation of VAT returns

*

Cash and credit card receipting

*

Payments of accounts payable

*

Assisting with annual budget process

*

Supporting the team with ad hoc tasks when required

Requirements:

*

At least bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related major.

*

Formal professional qualification or part-qualified: PRC Certificate of Accounting Profession (must) CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent (Desirable).

*

Minimum 8 years’ experience within a multinational corporate environment or international law firm

*

Experience in Professional service industry (Desirable)
