Job Description
We're currently partnering with a fast growing, well-respected, Property & Facilities Management group with operations across the UK. Having seen a substantial increase in revenue the need has been identified for an experienced, commercial and pragmatic Financial Controller to to be a key part of the leadership team with ambitious growth plans and a real desire to drive value creation through finance-led reporting and insight.

Working closely with the Group Finance Director but reporting directly into the Board, the Financial Controller will be responsible for the management of the business’ core finance and reporting outputs, further developing a high calibre finance function, working closely with the executive team. It is essential that the successful candidate is motivated by value creation and is excited by an entrepreneurial and fast paced environment.

Key duties will include: 

Review the month end management accounts and board packs
Forecast profit and loss
Develop management information and KPIs
Perform analysis and provide advice to management team
Cash flow forecasting, analysis and budgeting
Financial accounts preparation
External audit liaison
Ensure that financial controls are in place & maintained.
Contribute to improving current processes and systems
Manage and mentor a team of 4 Management Accountants  Key requirements: 

Full professional accountancy qualification (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
Proven People Management Skills
Excellent communication skills
Able to work on own initiative and manage own and team’s workload to strict deadlines Benefits
