Job Description
Finance Manager – Acquisitions – Salary circa £45,000 – £50,000 + Bonus – Ripon, North Yorkshire – Hybrid working

I'm currently recruiting for an exciting newly created position within a highly acquisitive well-known PLC and this role will be supporting the Head of Tax and the Acquisitions Finance Director.

You will be play a key part in the integration of new business propositions, from initial due diligence through to integration and working closely with finance teams in newly acquired businesses to implement group policies and controls. You will also work with the tax and treasury team to ensure full tax and treasury integration.

The role will involve business partnering with HR, IT and commercial teams and give the opportunity work closely with the Head of Corporate Finance, to understand operational plans for the business and ensure these are aligned to the integration strategy.

Acquisitions /project experience is preferable but not essential as you will be trained on this. You will need to be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), and have completion accounts experience/knowledge, business partnering abilities, confident and credible individual who is able to work well with stakeholders and senior management.
