Job Description
CMA Recruitment Group is currently working with a well-established organisation based in Reading, Berkshire, who have the requirement to recruit a Pricing Analyst due to further business growth. Reporting to Head of Financial Modelling and Analysis. This is an opportunity to work for a standout employer, within a progressive finance function.

What will the role involve?

Maintaining existing Excel based templates and regularly updating them;
Analyse financial data and create Financial Models for decision support;
Aid in Financial Reporting of Managed Service Contracts both internally and externally;
Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews;
Analyse past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends and make recommendations for improvements;
Reviewing Commercial performance of new and existing contracts;
Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools and Excel dashboards;
Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools;
Data analysis and being able to spot trends in data and drawing meaningful conclusions.
Suitable Candidate:

Must have excellent Excel and modelling skills (comfortable with Excel Formulas and Functions, working with Financial Models and any other modelling tools);
Disciplined and analytical approach, who works well in a pressured environment;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to interact at all levels;
Continually seeks improved and more efficient methods of working;
Pro-active self-starter;
Good team player, confident and personable nature.
