Job Description
Robert Walters are supporting an international business in the appointment of a Financial Controls Accountant.
The role will be accountable for the integrity of client financial data and the linking of same to operational and financial systems for appropriate revenue recognition. This role is also accountable to ensure client contract assurance is conducted according to the service line compliance framework and UK&I policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Maintenance and Revenue Assurance
Oversee the maintenance of the contractual information database to support revenue recognition
Ensure that statements of work/POS are compliant and assessed for potential risks which contravene policies
Ensure that statements of work/POs are agreed and signed before work is undertaken
Supporting the RTR (Record to Report) and Financial Control Teams in adjustments required for complex reporting
Oversee the production and reconciliation of monthly booking schedules to support revenue recognition
Oversee job and project reporting ensuring the timely submission of reports and insights to the Commercial Finance, Financial Control, RTR and Client Teams
Develop and ensure maintenance of KPI dashboards to support the Client Teams by providing an up-to-date and accurate view of job status
Review and approve period end close reporting
Fulfil information requests for internal, external financial and client audits
Contractual local and global client reporting
