Job Title:         Finance Reconciliation Administrator

Salary:             £(phone number removed) DOE, Pro Rata

Location:        Essex- with access to Colchester central office.

Remote/Hybrid working.

Contract:        Fixed term 3 months. Possibility for Full time/Permanent

Responsibilities

Investigating, progressing and resolving reconciliation breaks
Liaising with Operational teams around the business in order to progress queries
Cross referencing
Monitoring of various team queries
Loading of data to the reconciliation system
Setting up new systems and processes for ease of future reconciliation.
Client reporting

About you  

Excellent IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel to intermediate or advanced level
Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
The ability to prioritise and manage tasks efficiently, and work to SLAs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong team player with an enthusiastic attitude
Drive to constantly learn and improve
