Overview

This international dynamic organisation are looking for a Finance & Office Manager to join their team. You will be working for a fascinating brand that has a great market reputation and offers a vibrant working culture. Furthermore, this role will be fully office based and you will be working in a fast-paced environment, and you must be a car driver to commute to this location.

Finance & Office Manager – About The Role

In this role you will be working within a small team of 3 and will be reporting into the Finance Director. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily running of the finance function and will be required to liaise with multiple departments. This role will suit an experienced individual that is looking for a new challenge in a busy varied finance role.

* Prepare management information including budgets and forecasts.

* Preparation of monthly management accounts.

* Prepare balance sheet reconciliations & P & L Statements.

* Preparation of monthly work in progress / amounts recoverable on contract schedules.

* Sales invoices.

* Processing all supplier invoices for payment.

* Bank reconciliations.

* Manage cash flow.

* Preparation of quarterly VAT returns.

* Credit control.

* HR & other general office responsibilities.

The successful Finance & Office Manager will have

Previous experience in a similar position.

Working knowledge of Quickbooks would be beneficial

Multiple currency experience
