Job Description
Kenna Recruitment are currently looking to speak with experienced Finance professionals.
Our client, a newly formed Construction company have been growing in turnover since they were created back in 2016. They specialise in the development of new build homes & apartments across various regions in the South East & Central London.
They turnover around £10-£15m at present and are looking to double this within the next 2 years. They were created by 3 directors who have very strong tier 1 contracting backgrounds between them.
The current requirement is for an experienced Finance Manager to step into the business and take care of the companies financial/accounting matters which is currently being split between the Managing Director & Commercial Director.
They operate on the software Sage so this previous experience/knowledge is important. They must also have a strong understanding of CIS/Construction in general.
The right candidate will come from ideally a degree background in Accounting/Finance and will have a keen interest in residential construction.
The role is based in Newbury however 1 day from home will be considered also.
