Dallas Consultancy are looking for an experienced finance manager to take control of a small and friendly finance team, for our exclusive client. The role involves tying together the existing finance functions, whilst also managing the B2B credit control process. The company has been established for over a decade and have created this position due to continues success and growth. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to shape the future of the finance team, and really make the position their own.

Finance Manager Responsibilities include:
Overseeing the existing finance function, and taking a hands-on approach to helping staff as needed
Managing the B2B Credit Control Process
Outlining areas for improvement to maximise efficiency
Preparing financial reports for management
The ideal Candidate has:
Experience managing a small team of colleagues
Successful Credit Control processes, utilising existing relationships
Excellent communication skills
A hands-on, flexible approach to tasks
