Overview

Highly successful SME business services company urgently require an ACCA/CIMA Qualified or QBE Finance Manager for a newly created role, due to recent expansion, at UK Head Office in Staines upon Thames.

About the role

Reporting to the Financial Controller the Finance Manager will oversee a small finance team and work to ensure all monthly accounting deadlines are completed. key duties include:

* Management of a team of 3 Accounts Assistants

* Preparation of multi-site Profit & Loss Accounts for management review

* Overseeing the Accounts Receivable function and ensuring customer invoicing completed on a timely basis

* Preparation of monthly management accounts including variance reporting & analysis

* Completion of monthly balance sheet reconciliations

* Preparation of company budgeting and forecasting

* Weekly cash flow forecasting & reporting

* Review of bank reconciliations and payments

* Maintaining the Fixed Asset register and depreciation schedules

About you

Applicants will possess strong Financial Accounting skills and the ability to meet strict corporate deadlines

You will be a confident communicator with proven management skills

The Finance Manager will have strong Excel and good numerical skills
